So Much FUN!!!... part 1

Part 1 cuz there is soooo much more to come. It's just that i think these guys are waiting for their sneak peak and I don't want to dissapoint...
And there's so much more, cuz this was actually a 2 day shoot. And with so much beautiful involved, I have so many to share! You all are just gonna have to give me some time to edit.


Okay - I'm driving to the location of choice and on the way we drive right past the salvation army second hand store. In the middle of the parking lot, right next to the dumpster someone has left this beautiful(yup-for pictures it's beautiful) couch! It's just sitting there begging for me to throw this beautiful family onto it and take some pictures. It took everything out of me to not come to a screeching halt when I saw it! And yes - I LOVE how it turned out!

and then I tried some new processing on it and I'm having a hard time choosing my fav. Hmmmm... What do you all think?

Thanks so much for coming all the way from Vegas just for me :) I had a blast and I hope you guys did too!

Remember when you had your first baby and you couldn't wait for her to start sitting, crawling, walking? And then you had another and thought... "hmmm... we can wait a while for that..." You know after the first how hard it can be once they start running away from you. Especially as a photographer. Well.... Baby "C" finally starting crawling.

A Sneak-Peak-a-roo....

For Miss E! This family is from Utah and came up for a family reunion. I was tickled that she asked me to do family pics for her. I was even more tickled when she e-mailed some snaps of her Uncles property that they'd be staying at. WOWSERS! Seriously! This place was a photographers DREAM! It was over an hour drive for me, but completely worth it!!! There were wheat fields, log cabins, fish ponds with paddle boats, putting greens, and BEAUTIFUL landscaping everywhere! I think we barely skimmed the service of the beauty this property had to offer. Her aunt even offered to let me come shoot there whenever. Hmmmmmm... I just might have to take her up on it :)

OUCH!!!

Poor baby had his first bike accident yesterday. I heard the screaming from outside and then in walks Jack with a swollen, bleeding chin. There were plenty of tears, but it was a good thing I had just gotten home from Wal-mart with a brand new box of Spider man Bandaids! How is it that a bandaid can cure anything for a kid?

All is much better today though!

Man it's been a long time since anyone tagged me. Yesterday, Megan tagged me to list 7 quirky things about me. Quirky??? Does anyone have a definition for that? I'm a pretty boring person, so 7 is gonna be pretty hard. Heck -I'm having a hard time thinking of 1 to start with. hmmmmmm
Okay - Let me see what I can come up with....( some may be repeats from older "tagged" posts)

1. Sometimes I clean up by putting all my clutter into laundry baskets and hiding it in my closet. You may think my house is clean, but is it really???? :)

2. I was pre-med in college and still sometimes think about going back and becoming a doctor...an ob-gyn.

3. I love going through labor and delivery. I suppose the epidural has something to do with this, but if I could, I would go through this over and over.

4. I like my music with a little bump in it ( sometimes a lot) ( I know there's some of you laughing right now)

I need some time to think.... Here's some pics of my kids taken in my new front yard. We have a fountain out there that we can't get to work, but it's soooo green and perfect for pictures.

There was a time when this family consisted of almost all boys. Well, it seems as if the girls have taken over. What would we do without them? Okay, so the polly pocket wars were a little too much, but the giggles and fashion shows made up for it.
Can you imagine what family reunions will be like in 7 years?????

I'm BAAAAAAAAack

I've been getting the lectures that I need to get back on here and start blogging again - so here I am. With all the crazy moving that's been taking place, I really haven't had much time or desire to pick up my camera. We're finally done with the move though and FINALLY have internet again ( i was without it for a week!!! - total withdrawls)
So without much to blog about I'll just pop in, say hi, and share a few snap shots from the last few weeks.
We did get to go visit cousins. It will be so fun to watch these two grow up together...

When we bought this house Cliff INSISTED on buying a ping-pong table. I kept asking him where he was gonna put it. Well... since I don't have the furniture yet, it sits right in the middle of my front room... Yes - you see it right when you walk in the front door. I've gotta hurry up and get me some couches to take over! :)
But here's a quick pick of my baby korean on a ping-pong table....teehee :)

So that's it... It's good to be back to (somewhat) normal. Hopefully I'll have more to post soon.
