My budding Artist...

Here are a few pictures that Bella made for me a couple of days ago. She's getting better, but sometimes I still have to ask her what she has colored for me. This was one of those time. The descriptions I got....

... A bunny laying eggs...

...a mommy laying a baby..
oh, If it were only that easy...:)

My kiddos

I think that it's time to give up on family portraits for this year. Forget about trying to get all my kids to look at the camera at the same time and smile. I even bribed them and this is the best I got. Oh well,...maybe next time

A (not so) Newborn...

He was six weeks old and refused to shut those big beautiful eyes. Don't get me wrong, I like these pictures of him and he's a beautiful baby, but I'm a sucker for wrinkly, sound-asleep, curled up in a ball newborn captures. Can you believe those eyes?!?

...and my beautiful niece!

She's so beautiful with the most captivating eyes. My camera and I just couldn't get enough of her.

...and yes, she had to have a tutu too!

My Cute little Nephews

Awwww, aren't they the cutest! These are a few more from my trip to Ohio. It was so fun to have new little models to work with. Ethan was a doll and was so willing to pose for my camera.

my kids at play

I spent the day following behind my kids with the camera to see what kind of action I could capture. Here's a few to show that they do get along sometimes. I need to hang these up somewhere in my house to remind of this on the days that there is kicking, screaming, biting and soforth. Infact Bella is standing at my side right now tattling on Haley. Off to the rescue I go....

Bella and her babies...

Since I can remember, Bella has been such a lover of her babies. She collects them, hords them, doesn't share them, but lovingly takes care of them. You'll hardly ever see her with out one. Maybe someday, I can be as good of a mother as her.
